Hi Stampers!
Sorry I have been a bad blogger since returning from vacation. But we got back and about the time I finished the Mt. Olympus size pile of laundry, we had Steve's aunt come visit for about 4 days. She left this past Thursday, which left me only a couple of days to get ready for my SU Retirement Party Open House today. I have certainly THOUGHT about making a post, but never was able to sit down and get one down.....until now.
The card that I am going to share with you is the card that we made at the Open House as our Make-n-Take. It uses the retiring stamp set "Enjoy Every Moment" and retiring colors Ballet Blue and Summer Sun.....my eyes are beginning to tear up just thinking about no more Ballet Blue :-( BUT....I also CAN HARDLY WAIT for the NEW COLORS that are coming out on July 1!!!!! I have a feeling that Marina Mist is going to quickly turn into a "favorite"!!!
The pearl in the middle of the "O" is not SU....But I am soooo jazzed because SU is coming out with packets of pearls!!! WhooHooo!!!! They are retiring the Pretties kit and kinda breaking it up.....selling the flowers and pearls separately. SUPER EXCITING!!!!
There are only days left before the NEW 2010-2011 Idea Book & Catalog goes "live".....so if you either want to order from the 2009-2010 catalog or need a 2010-2011 catalog....you can either contact me directly (for the new catty....I have them and are selling them for $5) or order from my SU website for Last Chance items.
In the next few days, I'm hoping to get it together and introduce my new MONTHLY ONLINE STAMP CLUB KITS.....I got this idea from another SU demonstrator and I'm going to try and have it up and running by the first of August. These kits will include supplies and instructions to make 2 cards and will be shipped directly to you. So....once I get all the details finalized, I'll be posting them.
I'm excited about the new things I've been cookin' up for this next year!! So, stayed tuned!!!
Well...that's it for me today. I need to get cleaned up from my Open House.
